North Bay Local is published by PM Consulting Inc. of North Bay, Ontario. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you subscribe, apply to be listed, or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and your message. Our web host records standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

Subscriber emails receive North Bay Local updates, offers from local businesses, and giveaway announcements. Application details are used to review the business and to arrange the interview. Contact messages are used to reply to you. We do not sell or rent your information.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) and email. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Email and text messages

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you book a conversation with us, you may receive appointment confirmations and reminders by email and text message. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Embedded content such as maps and the booking calendar may set cookies from their providers.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing paul@pmconsulting.ca. Business owners may have their listing corrected or removed on request.

We may update this policy. The date below shows the current version.
